Microwave Heat sausage on MEDIUM (50% power), using microwave-safe plate lined with white paper towel, for times shown, or until heated through.
1 LINK FROZEN: 40 to 50 seconds
3 LINKS FROZEN: 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 minutes
1 LINK THAWED: 30 to 35 seconds
3 LINKS THAWED: 1 to 1-1/4 minutes
Pan Fry Place sausage in preheated skillet over medium heat for times shown or until heated through. Turn occasionally for even heating.
FROZEN: 8 to 9 minutes
THAWED: 4-1/2 to 5 minutes
