Conventional Heat oven to 425°F/220°C. Place patties on sheet pan. Cook at 425°F/220°C to an internal temperature of 160°F/70°C or until outside surface is light to medium brown, about 22 minutes for thawed or frozen, turning sausage and rotating pan halfway through cooking time.
Convection Oven Heat oven to 375°F/190°C. Place patties on sheet pan. Cook at 375°F/190°C to an internal temperature of 160°F/70°C or until outside surface is light to medium brown, about 12 to 13 minutes for thawed or frozen, turning sausage and rotating pan halfway through cooking time.
Pan Fry Lightly spray a large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Place patties in pan. Cook over medium heat (375°F/190°C) to an internal temperature of 160°F/70°C or until outside surface is light to medium brown, about 9 to 10 minutes for thawed (16 to 17 minutes for frozen), turning often.
Deep Fry Patties (about 24) into fryer basket, lower into hot oil. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F/70°C or until the outside surface is light to medium brown, about 2 minutes, shaking the basket often for even browning. Use tongs to separate patties, if necessary. Drain on rack. *Standardized deep fryer temperatures vary, deep fryer cooking times may need to be adjusted.
