Conventional Heat oven to 425°F/220°C. Place THAWED 2.0 OZ JONES DAIRY FARM SAUSAGE LINKS on sheet pan. Cook at 425°F/220°C to an internal temperature of 160°F/70°C or until outside surface is light to medium brown, about 20 to 21 minutes, turning sausage and rotating pan halfway through cooking time.
Convection Oven Heat oven to 375°F/190°C. Place THAWED 2.0 OZ JONES DAIRY FARM SAUSAGE LINKS on sheet pan. Cook at 375°F/190°C to an internal temperature of 160°F/70°C or until outside surface is light to medium brown, about 10 to 12 minutes, turning sausage and rotating pan halfway through cooking time.
Pan Fry Lightly spray a large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Place THAWED 2.0 OZ JONES DAIRY FARM SAUSAGE LINKS in pan. Cook over medium-high heat to an internal temperature of 160°F/70°C or until outside surface is light to medium brown, about 20 to 21 minutes, turning often.
Flat Top Griddle Heat flattop/griddle to 375°F/190°C. Place THAWED 2.0 OZ JONES DAIRY FARM SAUSAGE LINKS on flattop/griddle. Cook at 375°F/190°C to an internal temperature of 160°F/70°C or until outside surface is light to medium brown, about 16 to 17 minutes, turning often.
Deep Fry Heat oil to 375°F/190°C*. Place THAWED 2.0 OZ JONES DAIRY FARM SAUSAGE LINKS (about 12) into fryer basket, lower into hot oil. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F/70°C or until outside surface is light to medium brown, about 6 minutes, shaking the basket often for even browning. Drain on rack. *Standardized deep fryer temperatures vary, deep fryer cooking times may need to be adjusted.
