Conventional Place slices in a flat baking pan and bake without turning for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F. Drain on absorbent paper.
Microwave Place layer of paper towels in a shallow microwavable dish. Lay bacon stripes on towels and cover with another layer of towels to prevent spattering. Set microwave on Medium (NOT HIGH) to achieve best results. Since microwaves tend to very in power, there instructions are a good working guide and can be modified to suit the individual consumers over or cooking preference.
2 slices cook about 3 minutes
4 slices cook about 5-1/2 minutes
6 slices cook about 8 minutes
8 slices cook about 10 minutes
Pan Fry Fry over low heat, turning frequently until done to taste (3 to 6 minutes). Drain on absorbent paper.
