Conventional To serve hot: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ham on a rack inside of a deep, oven-safe cooking pan. Fill bottom of pan with 3-4 cups of water. Completely cover ham with foil. Bake ham to an internal temperature of 145°F. Discard foil. Brush ham with brown sugar glaze (2/3 cup brown sugar + 1/4 cup apple cider) if desired. Bake for an additional 30 minutes with glaze.
