Conventional To serve hot: heat 12 to 15 minutes per pound (about 2-1/2 hours) at 300°F. For a flavorful finish, about one-half hour before end of cooking time, score fat in a diamond pattern and insert whole cloves. Brush ham with brown sugar glaze (2/3 cup brown sugar + 1/4 cup apple cider) if desired. Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
