Conventional To serve hot: Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Place ham on a rack inside of a deep, oven-safe cooking pan. Fill bottom of pan with 3-4 cups of water. Completely cover ham with foil. Bake ham to an internal temperture of 145°F. Disgard foil and add brown sugar glaze if desired. Bake for additional 30 minutes with glaze. BROWN SUGAR GLAZE: Dissolve 2/3 cups brown sugar in 1/4 cup apple cidar. Brush glaze over surface of ham.
