Uniquely Flavored Double Cherrywood Smoked Hams

FORT ATKINSON, Wis., (July 23, 2008) Jones Dairy Farm, a sixth generation family-run business and leader in all natural raw and pre-cooked breakfast sausage for the foodservice industry, recently introduced three double cherrywood naturally smoked hams to the foodservice product line, said Philip Jones, president.

The new Jones hams include a Boneless Sandwich Slicing Ham, Boneless Pit-Style Ham and a uniquely shaped Glazing Ham. In addition to the double smoking process, all three hams are handcrafted and cured with honey, brown sugar and natural spices, a method that has been used by the Jones family for more than 100 years for unsurpassed taste and texture.
