Jones Dairy Farm Rolls Out New Package Design

FORT ATKINSON, Wis., (October 13, 2008) – Jones Dairy Farm has been producing all natural breakfast sausage since the company was founded by Milo Jones back in 1889.  Sausage made from a family recipe that is gluten free with no preservatives, fillers or allergens - that’s something that will never change.  And to emphasize the simplicity and wholesomeness that has always been present in Jones sausage, the family owned and operated company that turns 120-years-old in 2009 announced that it has redesigned its popular precooked All Natural Golden Brown package, said Philip H. Jones, sixth-generation president and Milo’s great-great grandson.

The new package design highlights the ingredient statement that remains the same: pork, water, sea salt, spices and raw sugar.  According to Jones, the company also wants to call attention to the other important product attributes on the front of the All Natural Golden Brown package including “gluten free,” “No MSG,” and “No Nitrites or Nitrates.”

Changes are visible on the back of the All Natural Golden Brown package as well.   Prominently displayed is the Jones family’s “100 percent satisfaction guarantee,” an example of the company’s ongoing commitment to product quality and taste that they’ve had since 1889.  If not completely satisfied with a purchase, a consumer can mail the store receipt back to Jones within 30 days for a full refund.   Finally, each package now features a nutritious way to start the day off right with a quick and easy-to-follow hot breakfast recipe that contains less than 300 calories.

Available in the freezer section of leading grocery retailers, the All Natural Golden Brown precooked breakfast sausage product line is available in eight varieties, including Mild links and patties, Maple links and patties, Spicy links, Bacon links, Light links and Beef links.
