Jones Natural Cherry Hardwood Smoked Bacon is cut from lean, hand-selected pork bellies, then naturally slow-smoked using real cherry hardwood, providing a delightfully rich and sweet flavor. Ready-to-cook and available in an 8-ounce package, Jones Natural Cherry Hardwood Bacon is an ideal addition to omelets, sandwiches, salads, pasta, soups as well as delicious all by itself. The Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO) has also certified this product as gluten-free.
