To serve hot, heat for 12-15 minutes per pound at 300°F. Remove skin.
For a flavorful finish, one-half hour before end of cooking time, score fat and insert whole cloves. Brush ham with brown sugar glaze (2/3 cup brown sugar + 1/4 cup apple cider) if desired. Bake for remaining 30 minutes.
