To serve hot: Heat 12 to 15 minutes per pound (about 2 1/2 hours) at 325ºF until ham reaches internal temperature of 140ºF.
As a delicious variation, about one-half hour before end of cooking time, score fat in a diamond pattern, insert cloves, and rub with brown sugar moistened with water, ginger ale, or sherry. Heat for an additional 30 minutes at 350ºF.
