After being brined with premium ingredients like honey granules and the finest brown sugar, our bone-in hams are smoked with real hickory in our smokehouse. Then, just like we've always done, we hand-wrap each and every ham.

Cured with: water, potassium lactate, salt, brown sugar, sodium phosphates, sugar, sodium diacetate, sodium ascorbate, spices, sodium nitrite​

To serve hot, heat for 12-15 minutes per pound at 300°F. Remove skin.

For a flavorful finish, one-half hour before end of cooking time, score fat and insert whole cloves. Brush ham with brown sugar glaze (2/3 cup brown sugar + 1/4 cup apple cider) if desired. Bake for remaining 30 minutes.
