For best results, these leaner links should be cooked slower than regular sausage. Cook uncovered in skillet over slightly less than medium heat (a tablespoon of water may be added) for 10-14 minutes (15-18 minutes if frozen) to 165°F internal temperature, until light golden brown, turning frequently. Drain cooked links on paper towel.
