Potsticker flavors in an easy-to-make meatball. Breakfast sausage is seasoned with ginger, cilantro and sesame and served with a citrusy dipping sauce.

For the ​Meatballs:

2 (12 oz) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Rolls
4 scallions, finely chopped
1/4 cup panko crumbs
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Asian chili garlic sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil

For the ​Sauce:

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Asian chili garlic sauce
DIRECTIONS
To make meatballs, crumble sausage into a large bowl; add remaining ingredients except for vegetable oil and mix by hand or with a fork until combined. Form into balls approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.Add meatballs and cook until golden brown all over and cooked through, about 10 minutes.

To make sauce, combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Serve alongside meatballs.
