1 (12 oz) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup prepared marinara sauce, warmed
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 slider-size buns
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350˚F.

In large bowl, combine pork sausage, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix together and form into 8 meatballs. Place on baking sheet and bake until cooked through, about 25 minutes.

Place each meatball on one bun. Top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted, if desired. Top with the bun top and serve.
