4 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups 2% or whole milk
1 (12 oz) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll, crumbled, cooked and drained
2 apples, peeled and diced
5 cups cubed cinnamon swirl bread
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
3/4 cup pure maple syrup, warmed
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven 375°F.

Beat together eggs and sugar in a large bowl; gradually beat in milk.

Add sausage, apples and bread cubes; toss well.

Transfer mixture to a greased or buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pressing down lightly. Let stand 15 minutes.

Bake 45 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes.

Place powdered sugar in a strainer; shake over pudding.

Cut into squares; transfer to warm serving plates. Serve with syrup.
