Pizza for breakfast? Yes please. This pizza recipe takes all your morning favorites and places them atop prepared pizza dough.


ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1 (7 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Sausage Patties, browned and crumbled
5 large eggs
1 pound pizza dough
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Sliced scallions
DIRECTIONS
Place pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 450°F for at least 30 minutes.

In medium skillet, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly add milk and cook, stirring often, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper, then add crumbled sausage and remove from heat.

In medium-sized bowl, beat eggs. Spray separate skillet with nonstick cooking spray and add eggs. Stirring frequently, scramble eggs to desired doneness.

On floured surface, roll out pizza dough. Top with sausage gravy, followed by hash browns, scrambled eggs, and cheese. Bake according to pizza dough directions.

Sprinkle finished pizza with scallions.
