1 sheet puff pastry (half of 17.3-ounce box)
4 1/2 teaspoons apricot jam
5 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, cut in half (you will only need 9 of the half slices)
2 oz brie cheese, cut into 9 equal pieces
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
On lightly floured surface, unfold puff pastry then, using rolling pin, roll into 12x12-inch square. Cut pastry into 9 4-inch squares.
Spread 1/2 teaspoon jam on each square, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the outside. Place half slice of Canadian Bacon on each square, with straight edge going from corner to corner in middle of square. Top each piece of Canadian Bacon with one slice brie.
Take end of pastry that does not have Canadian Bacon and fold over brie, forming a triangle. Use fork to press edges to seal. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
In small bowl, lightly beat egg with splash of milk. Brush thin layer of egg over top of each pastry. Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
