It doesn't get easier—or more delicious—than these breakfast flatbreads. Goat cheese, basil, eggs and Jones bacon and ham top a flaky crescent roll crust.

ingredients
1 package crescent rolls
4 teaspoons Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cooked crispy and diced
4 teaspoons Jones Dairy Farm Ham, diced small
4 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
1 small handful basil leaves
4 large eggs
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400˚F and line baking sheet with a liner or parchment paper.

Open crescent rolls; separate, keeping 2 together to form a rectangle. Seal by pinching seam together. Roll up sides to create a square. Place prepared squares onto baking sheet.

To each square add 1 teaspoon bacon, 1 teaspoon ham, 1 tablespoon goat cheese and a few fresh basil leaves. Crack one egg into each square.

Bake for 12 minutes or until eggs are set and crescent is lightly browned.
