This recipe is made with Jones Ham Steaks.


With a make-at-home breakfast sandwich recipe that's this easy, you'll never go through the drive-thru again.


 Enjoy these main ingredient substitutions:

ingredients
1 Jones Dairy Farm Ham Steak, finely diced
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon soft butter
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
8 large refrigerated biscuit dough, any variety
8 Swiss cheese slices, or other cheese of your choice
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F

Combine ham steak, minced onion, poppy seeds, butter, and mustard

Separate dough into 16 biscuits, place 8 biscuits on an ungreased cookie sheet

Spoon 1 tablespoon mixture onto each biscuit

Fold cheese slices into quarters and place on meat mixture, pressing slightly

From the mixture, spoon an additional 1 tablespoon on top of cheese

Press remaining 8 biscuits into larger circles, slightly stretching over meat mixture. Do not seal edges

Sprinkle tops with poppy seeds
