Who needs a bun when you have cinnamon rolls? Stuffed with breakfast sausage patties and fried quail eggs, you'll love these sweet and salty sliders.


ingredients
6 mini cinnamon rolls, homemade or store bought, about 2-3 inches each, pre-cooked
1 (5-7oz) package Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Breakfast Sausage Patties
6 quail eggs
DIRECTIONS
Slice cinnamon rolls in half to form slider buns.​

Brown sausage patties in skillet over medium heat. Once hot, remove from pan and add quail eggs. Fry eggs for about 3 minutes, or until whites are set and yolk is still runny.​

Assemble sandwiches with sausage on bottom half of cinnamon roll, topping it with quail egg and other half of cinnamon roll on top.

Note- Quail eggs fit perfectly on these mini sandwiches. Call around to Asian markets, organic or fine food shops, and butcher or meat shops in your area to find them.
