There's no better pair than bacon and eggs. The next time you make egg salad sandwiches, make them special by adding crumbled Jones bacon to the mix.

Dry Aged Hickory Smoked Bacon Slices

ingredients
1 (8 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon
8 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 slices bread
DIRECTIONS
Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.

Peel eggs and place in large bowl. Roughly break apart with potato masher. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, pepper and salt and stir to combine.

Toast bread. Divide egg mixture evenly among 4 slices of bread and top with reserved bacon. Top with another slice of bread.
