This recipe is made with Jones Ham Slices.


Fresh avocado and mango, spicy peppers and hickory smoked Jones ham pack tons of flavor into these easy-to-make wonton cups.


 Enjoy these main ingredient substitutions:

Canadian Bacon Slices

ingredients
8 egg roll wrappers
1 (8 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm Ham Slices, cubed
1 green onion, minced
1/4 cup minced jalapeño or pasilla pepper
1 small mango, peeled and chopped
1 small avocado, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup queso fresco, crumbled
2 tablespoons snipped mint
1/4 cup salsa verde
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon lime juice
Pumpkin seeds (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Press wraps into nonstick muffin cups. Bake at 375˚F 5-7 minutes or till lightly browned and crisp. Remove baskets from cups to wire rack to cool.

Combine remaining ingredients in medium sized bowl; fill each basket, dividing equally.

Garnish with pumpkin seeds and serve.
