20 ounces ground venison
1 (12 oz) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, medium chopped
1/2 cup carrots, medium chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup gluten free instant potatoes
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
In medium sauté pan, add butter, onions, celery and carrots with pinch of salt on low heat until vegetables are soft.
In bowl mix venison, sausage, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, soy sauce, worcestershire, cheese, thyme and vegetables. Form into loaf or place in greased loaf pan.
Pre-heat oven to 350˚F and bake for 45 minutes or until internal is 160˚F. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
