1/2 pound ground beef
4 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, diced
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 (28 oz) can baked beans
1 can butter or lima beans, drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with garlic
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon molasses
Green onions, chopped (for topping, optional)
In large skillet add ground beef, bacon and onion. Cook over medium-high heat until meat is browned and bacon just starts to brown. Drain skillet to remove excess fat.
Add meat mixture back to skillet and pour in baked beans, butter beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, diced tomatoes, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, dijon mustard and molasses.
Stir to combine and simmer on medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
