1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons mayo
2 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
1/2 granny smith apple, thinly sliced
Pinch of cinnamon
1 slice sharp cheddar cheese
3 slices thick-cut Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cooked
1 slice havarti cheese
Heat skillet to medium-low.
Mix butter and mayo in small bowl and spread onto bread slices.
Place one piece of bread, butter side down, in skillet. Drizzle half caramel onto bread in skillet, then layer half apples and pinch of cinnamon, cheddar cheese and bacon on top. Repeat with remaining apples, Havarti and caramel. Top with second piece of bread, butter side up.
Cover skillet and cook on low, 3-4 minutes, until bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip sandwich, cover and cook an additional 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
