1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon onion, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
4 hamburger buns
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
In bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion and salt and pepper. Mix together lightly. Form mixture into 8 portions. Flatten each portion into thin patty.
Divide the bacon and shredded cheddar into 4 portions. Place 1 portion or bacon and cheddar onto 4 of the thin patties. Place remaining 4 patties over the top. Pinch edges to seal, forming 4 stuffed patties.
Grill patties until they reach desired doneness, 4-8 minutes per side.
Place patties on hamburger buns and top with desired toppings.
