Serving a crowd? It doesn’t get easier than this cheesy make ahead breakfast recipe, featuring layers of hash browns, breakfast sausage and peppers.


 Enjoy these main ingredient substitutions:

1 (12 oz) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Sausage Roll
1 bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
10 eggs
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350˚F.

In large skillet brown sausage, breaking into small pieces. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until sausage is done and veggies are tender.

In large bowl beat together eggs and evaporated milk. Add salt and pepper; stir in 1 cup of cheese.

Spread hash browns in 9x13-inch baking pan. Top with sausage mixture. Pour egg mixture evenly over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake in preheated oven for 30-45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.

To make ahead:

Cover and place in fridge overnight. Remove from fridge and bake at 350˚F for 60 minutes, removing foil for last 5 minutes.
