These street-style tacos are filled with a bold blend of pork sausage and goose meat. To finish, top with avocado, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime.

 Enjoy these main ingredient substitutions:

ingredients
1 (12 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll
1 pound ground goose meat
1 onion, diced small, divided 
1 tablespoon cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped, divided 
2 limes, cut into wedges
18 corn tortillas
1 avocado, sliced
DIRECTIONS
In large sauté pan, brown sausage and goose meat over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add half chopped onion and continue to cook until onions are softened. Add cumin, salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.

Turn off heat; add one tablespoon of cilantro and a squeeze of lime. In a separate pan, heat two corn tortillas. Stack tortillas on top of each other, then top with spoonful of meat mixture and garnish with remaining chopped onion, cilantro and avocado slices. Repeat with remaining tortillas and enjoy.
