1 (12 oz) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed (optional)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
3 cups pumpkin, chopped
3 cups kale, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Parmesan cheese, grated, for serving
DIRECTIONS
Heat large saucepan over medium high heat. Add sausage, tomato paste, allspice, garlic powder, fennel seed, red pepper flakes and salt. Stir to combine and cook 5 minutes.Add onions and cook for additional 5 minutes, or until onions are translucent.

Add pumpkin, kale, broth and water to pot. Bring to boil and reduce the heat to low. Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes. Add vinegar and stir. Taste and season with salt and red pepper flakes as desired.

Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
