1 cup Jones Dairy Farm Ham, diced
4 slices extra thin colby jack cheese slices, halved diagonally
5 large eggs, seasoned to taste, scrambled and cooked
1 tube crescent rolls
1 large eggs, slightly beaten and set aside for egg wash
1-2 tablespoons parsley or cilantro, diced (optional)
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Separate crescent rolls into individual triangles. Place on baking sheet.
Place 1/2 slice cheese on each crescent roll. Top with 1-2 tablespoons scrambled eggs at large end of triangle. Top with 1 tablespoon diced ham.
Starting with large end of triangle, roll up crescent. Position crescent rolls on baking sheet seam side down, leaving 2 inches between rolls.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro, if desired.
Place crescent rolls in preheated oven and bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
