1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
1 (8 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm Ham Slices, cut into thin strips
2 (5.5 oz) packages mixed salad greens
1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 pears, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
Whisk together apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Slowly pour in olive oil, while whisking. Set aside.
Heat ham strips in medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook until crispy and brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
In large bowl, toss salad greens, ham, blue cheese, pears and pecans.
Drizzle with half of the dressing and toss until greens are glistening. Add more dressing as needed.
