This recipe is made with Jones Ham Steaks.


This fresh and fruity salad is equal parts refreshing and satisfying.


 Enjoy these main ingredient substitutions:

ingredients
16 large leaves red leaf lettuce
2 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded and sliced
2 ripe papayas, peeled, seeded and sliced or ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
2 cups Jones Dairy Farm Ham, cubed
1/3 cup prepared mango chutney
3 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
DIRECTIONS
Arrange lettuce leaves on four dinner plates.

Arrange avocado and papaya slices alternately spoke fashion over lettuce; mound ham in center.

Use kitchen shears to cut any large pieces of mango in chutney. Add oil, lime juice, salt, and if desired, cayenne pepper to the chutney; mix well.

Drizzle dressing over salads; top with cilantro.
