Ham Semi Boneless Fully Cooked

This recipe is made with a Jones Semi-Boneless Ham.


To impress guests, brush your next ham with this super flavorful glaze. The fact that it's made with just three ingredients can be our little secret.


ingredients
1 Jones Dairy Farm Semi-Boneless Ham
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
3/4 cup Prosecco
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven or roaster to 325˚F.

Remove ham from wrapping and place fat-side down on rack in roasting pan. Cook for 12-15 minutes per pound, or until ham reaches internal temperature of 140˚F.

About 45 minutes before ham should be done, combine glaze ingredients in small saucepan and heat over medium to medium-high heat until it bubbles. Simmer uncovered for a few minutes to thicken.

Remove ham from oven and score surface in a criss-cross, diamond pattern.

Brush with 1/3 of glaze and return to oven.

When there are 20 minutes left, brush with half of remaining glaze. Continue cooking remaining 20 minutes.

Brush with remaining glaze, carve, and serve.
