1 (30 oz) package tater tots
1 Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Hickory Smoked Ham (about 2 lbs), diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 large onion, diced
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup flour
Chopped fresh parsley, as desired
In well-greased slow cooker, cover bottom with layer of tater tots. Sprinkle with ham, cheddar cheese and onions. Repeat layers until all tots are used, ending with cheese.
In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and flour until well blended. Pour over ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until casserole is set and fully cooked throughout. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
Alternate Cooking Method:
In 9x13-inch pan, arrange ingredients in a single layer starting with tots, ham, onion and cheese; pour egg mixture over top. Bake in 350˚ oven for approximately 60 minutes or until center is firm and fully cooked.
