Tangy grapefruit adds an unexpected citrusy flavor note to this spiced molasses ham glaze recipe that's sure to impress your guests.

1 Jones Dairy Farm Family Ham
1 cup water
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, divided
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325˚F.

Place ham on rack inside foil-lined baking sheet. Score ham with sharp knife. Pour 1 cup water into bottom of pan.

Whisk together 1/4 cup brown sugar, molasses, grapefruit juice, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and cinnamon.

Pour half glaze mixture over ham. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Baste with remaining glaze and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil, baste with pan drippings and bake 15 minutes. Remove ham from oven, baste with pan drippings and cover ham with remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, patting sugar firmly onto ham.

Bake ham 10-15 more minutes or until brown sugar has caramelized and internal temperature has reached 145˚F.
