2 (1/2-inch thick) slices sourdough bread
4 teaspoons prepared mango chutney
2 slices Wisconsin horseradish cheddar* cheese
2 slices Jones Dairy Farm Ham
6 baby spinach leaves, washed and patted dry
4 thin slices sweet red apple
1 teaspoon butter, melted
*If horseradish cheddar is unavailable, substitute regular cheddar cheese and use horseradish mustard in place of the mango-chutney
Spread bread slices with mango-chutney.
Top 1 slice of bread with 1 slice of horseradish cheddar, ham, spinach, apple and second slice cheddar and second slice of bread.
Heat sandwich press or nonstick skillet.
Brush top and bottom of sandwich lightly with butter; cook in sandwich press for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese begins to melt.
If using a non-stick skillet, cook over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side, pressing down on bread with spatula while cooking.
