Southwest Quiche with Sausage

| Jones Precooked Golden Brown Sausage Links, cut into 1/4-inch pieces | 6 Each | 12 ounce |
| medium onion, chopped | 2 Cup | 8 ounce |
| eggs, lightly beaten | 18 Each | 36 ounce |
| half and half | 1 Cup | 8 ounce |
| Cheddar cheese, shredded | 1 Cup | 4 ounce |
| canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped | 2 Cup | 12 ounce |
| canned cream style corn | 2 Cup | 16 ounce |
| canned chopped green chilies, drained | 0.5 Cup | 5 ounce |
Directions:
Saute sausage and onion in large skillet on medium 5 minutes or until onions are transparent.
Set aside.
Combine eggs and half-and-half. Stir in sausage mixture, cheese and vegetables.
Divide mixture evenly between pastry lined 10-inch pie plates.
Bake in preheated 350 degree F standard oven 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before portioning.
Makes 12 servings.
