Creamy Ham and Broccoli Soup

| Jones Country Club Boneless Pit-Style Ham, diced | 1.5 Quart | 32 ounce |
| cooked and drained broccoli, cut into small chunks | 2 Quart | 32 ounce |
| butter or margarine | 1 Cup | 8 ounce |
| onions, chopped | 1 Cup | 4 ounce |
| flour | 1 Cup | 4 ounce |
| milk | 3 Quart | 96 ounce |
| Salt to taste | | 0 |
Directions:
Saute onion in butter in saucepot on medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until tender.
Blend in flour.
Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
Cook and stir on medium heat until thickened.
Boil and stir in 1 minute.
Stir in ham and broccoli.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.
Reheat and serve.
Makes 12 servings.
