Sausage Dirty Rice

| wild rice | 2 Cup | |
| Jones Uncooked All Natural Pork Sausage Links | | 16 ounce |
| medium onion, chopped | 1.5 Cup | 6 ounce |
| celery stalk, sliced | 0.5 Cup | 2 ounce |
| canned cream of mushroom soup | 2.5 Cup | 20 ounce |
| canned sliced mushrooms, drained | 1 Cup | 8 ounce |
| dry white wine | 1 Cup | 8 ounce |
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions, omitting salt, do not overcook.
Meanwhile, cook sausage links in large skillet according to packages directions; drain well, leaving 2 tablespoons fat in skillet.
Cool sausages slightly and cut in bite-size pieces.
Saute onion and celery in skillet on medium heat 3 minutes.
Stir in condensed soup, cooked rice, sausage, mushrooms and wine until well combined.
Spoon mixture into half hotel pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degree F standard oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Makes 12 servings.
