Southwest Breakfast Wraps (low fat)

| liquid egg substitute | 4.5 Cup | 40 ounce |
| Jones Country Club Canadian Bacon Stick, diced | 0.75 Cup | 6 ounce |
| salsa or picante sauce | 1 Cup | 8 ounce |
| low fat or fat free flour tortillas (6 to 8 inch), warmed | 12 Each | |
| reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded | 3 Cup | 12 ounce |
| cilantro, chopped (optional) | 6 Tablespoon | |
Directions:
Spray large saute pan with non stick cooking spray.
Heat on medium heat.
Combine liquid egg substitute, Canadian bacon, and salsa until well blended.
Pour egg mixture into saute pan.
Scramble to desired consistency.
For each tortilla, place approximately 2/3 cup egg mixture on to 1 warm tortilla.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese and 1-1/2 teaspoon cilantro.
Roll up burrito style.
Makes 12 servings.
