Southwest Scramble (low carb)

Jones Precooked Golden Brown Sausage Links, cut into 1/2-inch pieces24 Each24 ounce
salsa or picante sauce1 Cup8 ounce
Cheddar cheese, shredded3 Cup12 ounce
cilantro, chopped (optional)6 Tablespoon
Directions:
Melt butter in a large saute pan on medium heat. Combine eggs, sausage, and salsa until well blended. Pour egg mixture into saute pan. Scramble to desired consistency. Divide egg mixture equally between 12 serving plates. Top each with 1/4 cup cheese and 1-1/2 teaspoon cilantro.

Makes 12 servings.
