Keep hickory smoked bacon refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigeration or microwave.

preparation instructions
Place layer of paper towels in a shallow microwavable dish. Lay hickory smoked bacon ​slices on towels and cover with another layer of towels to prevent spattering. Set microwave on Medium (NOT HIGH) to achieve best results. Since microwaves tend to vary in power, these instructions are a good working guide and can be modified to suit the individual consumer's cooking preference.

Fry hickory smoked bacon over low heat, turning frequently until done to taste (3 to 6 minutes). Drain on absorbent paper.
Place hickory smoked bacon slices in a flat baking pan and bake without turning for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F. Drain on absorbent paper.
