When it comes to ingredients, nothing is as versatile as a ham steak. And when it comes to clean eating, no ham steak delivers like Jones. Our uncured ham steaks are made with antibiotic free pork that's been vegetarian fed. It's also sugar-free, MSG-free, nitrate-free and Certified Gluten-Free. That doesn't mean it's flavor-free, though. We use only real hickory chips to get a rich, smoky flavor that's 100 percent all natural.

Preheat pan to medium heat. Heat ham steak for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn frequently for even browning.
