With a make-at-home breakfast sandwich recipe that's this easy, you'll never go through the drive-thru again.

This recipe is made with Jones Ham Steaks.

7 oz Ham Steak
ingredients
1 Jones Dairy Farm Ham Steak, finely diced
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon soft butter
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
8 large refrigerated biscuit dough, any variety
8 Swiss cheese slices, or other cheese of your choice
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine ham steak, minced onion, poppy seeds, butter, and mustard.

Separate dough into 16 biscuits, place 8 biscuits on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Spoon 1 tablespoon mixture onto each biscuit.

Fold cheese slices into quarters and place on meat mixture, pressing slightly. From the mixture, spoon an additional 1 tablespoon on top of cheese.

Press remaining 8 biscuits into larger circles, slightly stretching over meat mixture. Do not seal edges.

Sprinkle tops with poppy seeds.  Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
