A classic quiche recipe. Make your own pie crust, or, if you're pressed for time, use a prepared one from the supermarket.

This recipe is made with Jones Ham Steaks.

7 oz Ham Steak
ingredients
1 Jones Dairy Farm Ham Steak, cut into strips
1/2 cup red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup asparagus, chopped
1/3 cup leek, sliced
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 unbaked pie crust fitted into a 9" pie plate
1 3/8 cup half & half or whipping cream
4 eggs, slightly beaten
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425° F.

Combine ham, pepper, asparagus, leek, cheese and flour; toss lightly.

Transfer ham mixture to prepared pie crust.

Gently mix half & half and eggs, then pour egg mixture over ham mixture.

Bake 10 minutes at 425° F; reduce heat to 325°F

Continue baking 20 minutes or until done.
