Pieces of omelet, fluffy pancakes and savory Jones breakfast sausage are skewered for the perfect breakfast on a stick. Serve with warm maple syrup.

This recipe is made with Jones Golden Brown® Mild Patties.

ANGB Pork Patty 7 oz
ingredients
4 pancakes, pre-made
4 eggs
4 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Breakfast Sausage Patties
Maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Soak 4 bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Heat skillet over medium heat and cook sausage according to package directions. Once cooked remove from skillet, cut each piece into quarters and keep warm.

Crack eggs into bowl and beat well. Spray skillet with non-stick spray. Add eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes. Fold over, like an omelet, flip and cook until fully set. Remove eggs from pan, and slice into 16 squares.

Heat pancakes according to package directions. Cut pancakes into 16 pieces.

To assemble kebabs, thread a piece of pancake, sausage, and egg onto skewer. Repeat, until 4 of each item is on skewer. Repeat with remaining ingredients and skewers. Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
