Super fast and totally satisfying. Fried eggs and Jones breakfast sausage patties are sandwiched between toasted English muffins covered in cream cheese.

This recipe is made with Jones Golden Brown® Turkey Patties.

Sandwich Turkey Patty 5 oz
ingredients
4 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Sausage Patties
2 tablespoons butter
4 large eggs
4 English muffins, split, toasted
4 tablespoons cream cheese
1 teaspoon chopped green onions or chives
DIRECTIONS
Heat sausage according to package directions.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Carefully crack eggs into hot butter in skillet. Cover; cook 3 minutes or until eggs are set with soft centers or longer to desired doneness.

Spread cut sides of toasted muffins with cream cheese. Add green onions or chives, as desired.

Place sausage patties over bottoms of muffins; top with eggs and muffin tops.
