Fresh dill pairs wonderfully with light cream cheese and tender Canadian Bacon. This low fat breakfast recipe is sure to become a staple in your home.

This recipe is made with Jones Canadian Bacon.

8 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon
1 cup liquid egg substitute
4 English muffins, split, toasted
4 tablespoons fat-free or light cream cheese
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Microwave Canadian Bacon until heated through.

Place nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add egg substitute to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently until scrambled to desired doneness.

Spread cut sides of toasted muffins with cream cheese. Top each toasted muffin with two slices of Canadian Bacon.

Add scrambled eggs; sprinkle with fresh dill, as desired. Close sandwiches and serve.
